145: Deep dive into my hidden mindset limitations - Ryan Gottfredson, Ph.D.

On the second part of my interview with Ryan Gottfredson, we go deeper into mindsets and neuroscience behind them. So this is basically me being coached and you get to see how coaching works,

We went into some of the practices that he's been using to help his clients to really overcome their mindsets and to find the things that are holding them back and just smash through their own internal barriers.

I would also add that this was recorded a few months ago, so it's not reflecting my current problems with the business right now. Just a bit of history of what it took to get where we are now.

Ryan Gottfredson, Ph.D. A cutting-edge mindset author, researcher, and consultant. He helps improve organizations, leaders, teams, and employees by improving their mindsets.
