I have been really enjoying your podcast, the first one I’ve actually listened to btw! Your 20s are very difficult and you’ve helped me reassure and push myself to be a better version of myself. Every week I put on my headphones for an episode or two while I’m doing dishes or sitting outside contemplating life. I recommend this to anybody who comes across this… just listen.

I truly enjoy listening to this content. My brain appreciates the fact that they are short and very easy to understand. The way the show ends with asking you to reflect on an idea from the episode is so brilliant and an awesome way to remind the listener about what they just listened to. Awesome!

This podcast is not only informative and enlightening, but it is also calming. His voice smoothly guides you through his words of wisdom and advice on many different topics. This podcast really has given me a new way of thinking, highly recommend you take a listen!

Love this podcast! His voice is so soothing and I love how he talks about each subject- very eloquently yet effective. It’s what you need to hear!

Really good context, depth of ideas,subjects, summaries,outlooks etc. Only downside is that it’s very monotone.

Difficult concepts are presented in clear terms without emotionally triggering language most of the time. Worth the time to listen and re-listen until it makes sense.

Lots of information with legitimate psychological framework...sometimes it is a bit hard to hear because it hits a little too close to home but that's when I rewind and turn it up louder! :) Recommended!

This podcast is awesome. Sam's voice is so soothing and comforting to listen to and the content is really great too. I love that the episodes are long enough to be content-filled, but short enough to not take too long to listen to the whole thing.

This podcast has a lot of wonderful tips to improve how you think and how you feel about simply being alive. With so many daily stresses burdening us, Sam’s voice is a welcome balm on the nervous system and his information and suggestions will make you smarter, more resilient, and …dare I say it? …. Happier, even if the external circumstances do not change. A very worthwhile listen!

I love this podcast and am keen to catch every episode. As a Learning Coach, I love how Sam takes growth mindset thinking into places I hadn’t yet considered. He makes every topic interesting, by weaving personal anecdotes and humour to demonstrate different points. His voice and accent is also very pleasant to listen to.What I really liked was Sam encourages you to chat with him and provides a link in the show notes. I took him up on this, and we chatted for over an hour. He was genuinely interested and took a keen interest in my area of concern, the reasons why students resist learning. I felt heard.By the way, Sam Harris is his real name, and he’s not trying to be any other Sam Harris. Have a chat with him and find out :)
